Speaker Biographies:

Elverine (Rena) Felton is an ERISA attorney with over a decade of employee benefits law experience. Rena primarily focuses on employer-sponsored retirement and welfare plans and advises clients on related issues and regulatory matters. She also advises clients on maintaining compliance with ERISA, the Retirement Equity Act, IRS and other federal laws by reviewing and analyzing plan provisions and how those provisions were being operationalized. Rena also helps large companies resolve group health plan compliance issues related to federal laws such as COBRA, HIPAA, cafeteria plans, and Health Care Reform.




Sarah Stanley Fallaw, Ph.D. is the co-author of The Next Millionaire Next Door and the founder and President of DataPoints LLC, a company that provides advisors and their clients tool to enhance wealth-building behaviors based on The Millionaire Next Door. The DataPoints platform was a finalist in the XY Planning Network's 2016 and 2017 fintech competitions, and has been featured in numerous podcasts, publications, and blogs, including Michael Kitces’ Nerds Eye View. Sarah’s research in the field of life experiences, behaviors, and wealth has been featured in MarketWatch, Money Magazine, InvestmentNews, Psychology Today, Forbes, and U.S. News & World Report, as well as in academic journals including Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Journal of Financial Services Professionals. Sarah received her Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2003.
