Get to Know Our Speakers

Cait Howerton, MBA, AFC®, CFP®. She is an LGBTQ+, Financial, and Social Advocate, and is a sought-after podcast guest. Cait is a student loan expert, trauma-informed financial practitioner, and emotionally-focused coach.  Cait was the 2019 FPA Diversity Scholarship Recipient.

Keith Kim, CFP®, CHFC®, EA immigrated to the US from Korea when he was 15. He joined the financial industry in 2011 With education in business and B2B sales experience. Passionate about educating clients, and other professional advisors. He is a Certified Financial Planner.

Carlos Guzman, CFP® is an Associate at Homrich Berg and the Director of Diversity & Inclusion for the FPA of GA. He brings over 5 years of experience in Wealth Management where he has enjoyed serving many families and individuals with their financial and wealth strategy.

Gary O. Clement, CFP®, CRPS®, CRPC®, AFC®, MPAS®, is both a lifelong student and teacher of personal finance. He enjoys educating groups, large and small, about money, personal finance, and the myriad financial products, vehicles, and approaches available to them.  Gary leads an independent registered investment advisory firm that focuses on comprehensive financial planning and investment management, holds CFP®, CRPS®, CRPC®, AFC®, and MPAS® designations, and is simultaneously pursuing the CFA® designation and a Ph.D. in Financial Planning.

Emma Foulkes, CFP®, is a business owner and the Managing Partner of Greenwood Wealth Management – with Offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Montgomery Alabama. Emma is a Certified Financial Planner professional (CFP) with 20+ years of experience.

Malik S. Lee, CFP®, CAP®, APMA®  is Managing Principal at Felton & Peel Wealth Management and the 2020 President for the FPA of Georgia. He is a member of the CFP Board's Council on Examination and one of the founding members of the Planned Giving Council at Morehouse College. Recently, Malik has had articles published with CNBC and Business Insider, featuring his thoughts on the racial wealth gap.
